DollarSociety - Terms & Conditions of Use:
By using this site you acknowlege and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
1. By Using this site you hereby affirm and warrant that you recognize all U.S. Laws, and acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older.
2. You acknowledge and agree that this site will only be construed and evaluated according to United States Laws. This is applicable to any and all information contained in this site, including but not limited to text, images, and member information.
3. You are not joining to "win" money, but rather to be a part of DollarSociety.com, and agree that members do not "win" money on this site, but are extended helpful independent contracts for a given dollar amount if the member is selected by DollarSociety.com. These independent contracts are given or not given at the discretion of DollarSociety.com.
4. Billing is completed by separate third party, and all sensitive billing information is governed for security by the third party. You agree to subscription service of $1.25 to be billed monthly, and acknowledge that you will be continuously billed on a monthly basis until due notice is given to DollarSociety.com to terminate your account and discontinue billing. Due notice is defined by DollarSociety.com as 1 weeks notice before date of billing. The amount of $1.00 from each member each month will be placed in the Society Pool. The remaining money from membership fees go to third party payment processing fees and administrative fees.
5. You acknowledge that money is not guaranteed in any way, and that this is in no way a means of investment. You also agree that the receiving of an independent contract offer from DollarSociety.com is in no way guaranteed through membership.
6. DollarSociety, on the last day of every month, may select random members, and extend an independent contract offer to each of these members. If/when selected, members have the right to accept or decline this offer, and DollarSociety.com retains the right to change or discontinue this at any time. These selections will commence when DollarSociety.com sees fit, but not before 200 members are present on the site. In the event of DollarSociety terminating the monthly offer to members, all billing of members will be stopped and notice will give given to members.
7. Members are not limited in any way from being selected multiple times a year. The selection is completed random, and guaranteed to be completely random by the use of common random database querying. DollarSociety does not discriminate in any way.
8. Due to the nature of the monthly selection, and how money will be distributed, you assert that you are a lawful resident of the United States, and/or are legally able to work in the United States.
9. All content/images are the sole property of DollarSociety.com and its proprietor. No portion of this site, including but not limited to the text, images, audio or video, may be used in any manner, or for any purpose, without DollarSociety.com's express written permission.
10. By entering this site you acknowledge and agree that your use is at your own risk and that none of the parties involved in creating, producing, or delivering this site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages, or any other losses, costs, or expenses of any kind (including legal fees, expert fees, or other disbursements) which may arise, directly or indirectly, through the access to, use of, or browsing of this site or through your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from this site, including but not limited to anything caused by any viruses, bugs, human action or inaction or any computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or any other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections.

Do not post on this site, or transmit to this site, any pornographic, obscene, profane, defamatory, libelous, threatening, unlawful or other material which could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, promote the excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol, or otherwise violate any law or regulation. Notwithstanding the fact that DollarSociety.com, its proprietors, partners, or other parties involved in creating, producing, or delivering this site, may monitor or review transmissions, posting, discussions, or chats. DollarSociety.com and all parties involved in creating, producing or delivering this site, assume no responsibility or liability which may arise from the content thereof, including but not limited to claims for defamation, libel, slander, obscenity, pornography, profanity, or misrepresentation.

By entering and using this site you agree that any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of our site, including but not limited to inappropriate comments, behavior, or content; or the use or manipulation of any valid or invalid account data, site data, pricing, or any other information, values, variables, or content of this site could result in termination of your account without refund of any fees you might have paid. In the event of illegal activity within the site, you acknowledge that you can and will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement agencies as required by applicable laws.

You agree that if you miss or do not receive an email to your personal email for any reason that it is not the responsibility of DollarSociety.com. Email logs are kept by DollarSociety.com for member contact. You agree it is not the responsibility of DollarSociety.com if you do not receive an email regarding a contract opportunity. All contracts will be offered under same set of rules, and no exceptions will be made due to email failure.
